The Grand Finale

On Tuesday Mama, Annick, and I drove Amber and Carol to the Past Tense Tea Room, where we met Mrs. DeL, Sarah, Jamie Rambeck and her children, and the Eddy ladies, for a celebration luncheon. We were celebrating the end of a summer study of the book "His Chosen Bride" by Jennifer Lamp. This book went verse by verse through Proverbs 31, and applied each verse to the life of an unmarried woman. As most of us are unmarried, it was a nice study to learn how to honor our Husband Jesus Christ.

The Tea Room was a perfect place to celebrate the end of this study, and we look forward to going through another book in the future!

Happy Birthday Catrina!

October 15th marks the day when Catrina entered the Marshall Family!
She is now 12 years old, and adds alot of fun to our family. Catrina is excited about learning to perfect and expand her culinary abilities.

We invited Grandpa Marshall up to our house for the birthday dinner of chicken fondue, gifts, and frozen chocolate pie, and we all had a nice evening together.

Happy Birthday Catrina, and many blessings for this coming year!

Love,
Allison

Happy Birthday Annick!

We sure do appreciate Annick and all the things she does around the house. A true saying in our house would be: "If Papa isn't home, ask Annick!" From circuit boards to fixing the vacuum belt to finding a tool in the garage or barn, Annick can do it all. Not to mention all the great edibles she can make in the kitchen. Some of our favorites are Donut Muffins (which Papa can eat), Cinnamon Rolls, Maple French Toast, Pizza, and Stuffed Manicotti. Oh, yes, she is also very musical. She has a good ear and can sit down at the piano, or with a guitar, and reproduce a song she's heard. Wow! Besides all this, she loves working with horses, and making herbal remedies with herbs in her garden. God has blessed her with many talents, and He has blessed us with her life.

Happy 18th Birthday Stister!

Love,
Allie

P.S. Did I mention hairstyles? She is really good at that too! ~:)
