Another LCO success! The Bach, Beethoven, and the Boys concert!

Friday and Saturday's concerts were a big success! We had a pretty full house both nights as we serenaded the audience with selections from Bach, Beethoven, and others, ending with Leroy Anderson's "Sleigh Ride" as the encore. Great job everyone!

Are you at Risk? Take an Oath of Sense and Sensibility this New Year's!

This New Year's Eve was spent with our dear friends the Thompson family! They invited us over for dinner, fellowship, and a movie. We were supposed to watch the Oath of Desormeau(it won the Jubilee Award at the SAICFF in 2006), but as you can see, David had a quick response to a little joke...
We did actually see the Oath, and enjoyed it along with some clean comedy films and Michael Pearl's How to throw Knives and Tomahawks.

Thar She Goes!

With 4 pairs of hands working carefully, Jean Marc's pastry shop was razed, down to the very foundation. How delicious! Papa also added his customary karate chop to the pile of rubble :)

Christmas Eve--at the Marshalls

The annual Christmas Eve celebration at our house was wonderful as usual. We even had a special guest: Mrs. Dorothy Mihaluk!(Mrs. DeL's mother) (Being under the weather, Mr. Mihaluk was unable to come, but maybe he will another year.) There was food and games and laughs aplenty!
