Ann Strubler is Reunited with her Birth Father, Joseph DiCarlo!

After many years and many searches, our dear friend, Ann Strubler, has been reunited with her birth father Joseph DiCarlo. The details of this story are the beautiful doings of our wonderful God. Mr. DiCarlo is such a sweet man, and we had the privilege of meeting him on Wednesday at a benefit dinner. We rejoice with the Strublers at this gift from God!
