Sierra Hope is a kitten from the LaBrie farm that needed a wee bit 'o nursin'. So, Annick brought her home and restored her to good health :) Sierra has had many adventures for being so young, we have taken her lots of places: garage sales, Grandpa's house, and a birthday party!

Sooty and Snowball

Snowball, a male cat from next door, has been visiting our yard lately. He even has the audacity to try to sneak inside! Sooty isn't to0 keen on the idea of having another male on HIS turf.

Memorial Weekend at Engedi Lodge

Saturday found us eagerly packing the van in preparation for our jaunt up to Escanaba U.P. for a relaxing weekend at Engedi Lodge. The Deladurantey family had invited us and the Yachanin family up to spend Memorial weekend together. We arrived around 7 p.m. and the Yachanins came in around 9. Everyone turned in soon after arrival, and settled down to sleep.
For the record, there were 2 digital point-and-shoot cameras, 3 SLRs (two of which were digital), and three video cameras on the premises. Needless to say, we had plenty of media coverage...
