Theresa's Meringues












Miss Theresa Eddy contibuted to the dessert choices with her delectable, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip meringues. She adorned each meringue with a dollop of mocha mousse and a berry! Posted by Picasa

This was a first try at "meringueing" for us here at Eddy Acres. I agree, Theresa did a great job on these.

They were so light, I wondered if I had anything in my hand, yet they burst with flavor from the chocolate mocha mousse and berry.

She will certainly be making these little gems again.
