I found my new instrument! Organ-grinding is the thing for me....
There was a German organ-grinder just inside the Byer's Choice door, cranking away on Christmas carols! I had pulled out my camera to take his picture, and he motioned me over and made me start cranking! He added his top hat for the full effect :0)

Wow, that's quite a sculpture ... is the rightmost boy (leftmost in the picture) completely supported by his scarf and hand? Or am I just missing a support somewhere?
