Evvie's dessert was a brownie-peppermint trifle,
and it accompanied a dinner of chicken bundles,
mashed potatoes, corn and peas, and sparkling juice!
Evvie is such a blessing to our family!
She makes lovely quilled cards,
enjoys taking care of her cat and horse,
and is becoming quite the excellent harpist!
